Getting a new team off the ground

We worked with a new project team in a large organisation.  Most of the participants did not know each.  We spent a day building team understanding by using DiSC behavioural profiles, two specific team building activities around effective team behaviours, identified team roles, team objectives, team mission and values and finished off the day with some action planning.
