Facilitate improvement in a team working where difficulties have arisen

We have worked with a number of teams in crisis.  This is often combined with a team leadership issue.  Where this is the case we have designed a number of solutions.  We commenced with completing a 360 leadership survey for the team leader and a team engagement survey to identify key areas of focus for the leader and the team. 

We began coaching the leader to improve their skills and behaviours.  After a period of eight weeks we facilitated 2 half day team building workshops using DISC or MBTI, team role profiles, facilitating an open and constructive conflict resolution session and team action planning to resolve issues.
