Developing a current team that is working well

We’ve worked with a number of leading Australian organisations when they had established new teams after a restructure. The aim was to enable the team to get to know each other, build trust and rapport.  We spent a day building team understanding by using MBTI/DiSC behavioural profiles, examining the behaviours and practices of effective teams, facilitating a group coaching session and establish team goals and finishing off the day with a fun team building activity.
