We worked with ACN when they had a requirement to bring two teams together to work on a business critical project. Most of the participants knew each other fairly well already, but had not worked closely together. We spent a day building team understanding by using DiSC behavioural profiles, a fun treasure hunt and finishing off the day with some action planning.
