Team building and cohesion

Building great, cohesive teams is absolutely essential to high employee engagement levels and high performance.  Employee engagement and performance can be adversely affected if the team is dysfunctional to any degree, due to conflict, ambiguity, or misunderstanding. 

It is well known that new teams go through a natural process to start performing, which can take some time.  Our programs are designed to accelerate this process and develop high levels of team engagement quickly.  This is tremendously successful for existing teams as well as new teams and project teams.

We love to help managers and organisations to build great teams!  We deploy a number of strategies to assist you with team building.  Our first step is to understand where you are today and what your vision and goals are for the team(s). 

  • We facilitate workshops to deal with conflict and ambiguity and get the team robustly discussing real issues and overcoming issues. 
  • We facilitate workshops to build cohesive teams and develop team goals for new teams or less established teams.
  • We facilitate building strong team trust and cohesion through self and team awareness.
  • We find that facilitating a DiSC behavioural profiling workshop is phenomenally effective for these purposes. We can also facilitate an MBTI workshop if that is your preference.
